An order can be placed by simply calling our Sales Department at 888-887-8087, Option 1. Unlike many other internet sites in this business, we strongly believe in customer service and since almost every client has a question about their order or artwork, we prefer to have you speak with our experienced consultants than just placing an order blind in into a shopping cart.In addition, our professional consultants can advise you if there are similar promotional items to what you have selected, that may be on sale or offer a better value or savings on shipping charges, proofs, etc.
If you require additional artwork to be printed on your product please email your artwork to art@pidirect.net and include your company name in the subject line. For artwork requirements please check our Artwork Requirements section.
Our art department will prepare an art proof(s) for the product(s) that you have ordered. You will receive an email notification that a proof is available for your review. If more time is required to setup your art proof, the art department will notify you.
An approval on your Sales Order and artwork proof, if requested, is required before an order moves to production. Please approve your final design as soon as you can. For questions about your Sales Order or art proof, please contact the art department at 888-887-8087.
Within 24-48 hours after your order is sent to production we will provide you with an estimated ship date for your order. If you require expedited shipping on your order please contact customer service for assistance at 888-887-8087. You will also receive a copy of you merchant sale receipt acknowledging the exact amount of credit on your account, towards your Sales Order. You should match this information together with your final Invoice to check for any over or under runs, and estimated shipping charges from your Sales Order.
In approximately 48 hours after the order ships your final invoice, marker PAID, will be emailed to you.

Production time for imprinting can vary widely due to several factors. The most common reasons that cause order delays are: the workloads of the factory during peak printing seasons, artwork needing revisions, waiting for the customer to approve the proof, the credit approval process, and long shipping distances from the factory. We recommend that you submit your order three weeks or more before your event date so we can easily overcome any obstacles and you can avoid paying air freight charges or rush order printing fees. You can use the website published order times as a guide. Please contact PromotionalItems.net on each item to be sure the factory can meet your event date. Please be sure to include shipping time when placing your order. UPS ground will take 3-7 days, based on your location and the location of the factory. Air freight can be used if needed.
